Changelog — Week of April 6, 2026

New features and improvements

Agents & Tools

  • Agents now prefer retrying with alternative approaches over immediately escalating to a technician when commands fail, reducing unnecessary inbox notifications.
  • Inbox notification emails now include the workflow name and ticket number, so admins can identify which automation triggered the alert at a glance.

Workflows & Triggers

  • Added workflow grouping — workflows and agents can now be organized into named groups in the dashboard for easier management.
  • Workflow update triggers now support matching on the value a field changed FROM (not just the new value), enabling rules like "fire when status changes from New."

Sandbox

  • Agents running sandbox scripts can now send emails with file attachments (PDFs, CSVs, reports) to customers and internal teams.
  • External API requests now work in test mode and sandbox, so API-calling workflows can be validated without switching to live mode.

Integrations

  • Added full NinjaOne RMM API access — agents can query and manage devices, alerts, backups, software, and automation natively with permission controls.
  • Added full DattoRMM API access — same level of native API coverage now available for DattoRMM environments.
  • Improved on-prem Exchange action operations with more reliable authentication across runner environments.
  • ScalePad permissions reorganized by module (Core, Lifecycle Manager, ControlMap, Quoter) for clearer access control — existing configurations migrate automatically.

Autotask

  • Added knowledge base article support — agents can now search, create, and manage Autotask KB articles.
  • Metadata sync for tags and contracts is now incremental, reducing sync time and API usage.

Dispatch

  • Technician expertise profiles now generate 30x faster using AI-clustered ticket data, producing more accurate skill profiles.

Bug fixes

Agents & Tools

  • Fixed agents getting stuck in infinite tool call loops — now detects repeated identical calls after 3 attempts and moves on.
  • Fixed the chase-customer agent repeatedly requesting screenshots already provided by the end user.
  • Fixed sandbox file reads overwhelming the agent's context on large files — now auto-truncated to manageable sizes.
  • Fixed Train Neo suggestions failing for scheduled workflows and agent executions without ticket context.

Dispatch

  • Fixed dispatch scheduling tickets on technicians' "Not working" days.
  • Fixed SLA deadline calculation in dispatch agenda context.

ConnectWise

  • Fixed merge workflow not setting the correct ticket status atomically.
  • Fixed TimeZest scheduling failing on tickets with no linked contact.
  • Fixed notifications failing when the linked contact has no email — now falls back to the ticket's contact email address.
  • Fixed error when a CW company disallows saving tickets — agent now receives a clear error and can self-correct.

Autotask

  • Improved error handling across multiple edge cases — agents now gracefully handle tag limits (30 max), stale reference fields, queue mismatches, long ticket titles (255 char limit), picklist format variations, and null role IDs on time entries.
  • Fixed ContractService/Bundle error on non-recurring contracts.

Halo PSA

  • Fixed note creation errors not routing through the recovery handler, causing unrecoverable failures.

Performance

  • Improved search speed and reliability by optimizing how ticket data is indexed, reducing timeouts for large datasets.
  • Added automatic retry for PSA rate limit (429) and server error (500) responses across all integrations.
  • Enforced equal concurrency caps on triggered workflows and callback processing, preventing callback-heavy loads from starving triggered workflows.

Notifications

  • PSA sync authentication errors and connection failures now surface as inbox notifications instead of failing silently.
  • Added inbox notifications for ITGlue access denied, Datto RMM auth failure, Pax8 MCA signatory error, and Exchange Admin role assignment failures.
  • Fixed duplicate inbox messages — deduplication now works at the client level instead of per-workflow.
  • Inbox messages for PSA 5xx errors now include HTTP status, URL, and error details.
