Changelog — Week of June 29, 2026

New features and improvements

New integration: ConnectWise ScreenConnect

  • Added ConnectWise ScreenConnect (also sold as Control) as a supported RMM. Connect it from Integrations → RMM with your instance URL and RESTful API Manager secret, and Neo can pull device context, map devices to the right company, run commands and pre-staged Toolbox items on endpoints, and message the logged-in user — all through ScreenConnect's API and gated by the permissions you grant each agent.

Integrations & RMM

  • Connect multiple RMM vendors per tenant at once — RMMs are no longer mutually exclusive, each with its own connect/disconnect, sync, and status.

  • Disconnect a connected RMM directly from its page in Integrations → RMM.

  • New Documents tab in Integrations lists your synced documentation sources with last-updated timestamps.

Chat Agents

  • Your branded end-user Teams bot can now attach screenshots and files to tickets — an employee's error screenshot or a log/PDF/spreadsheet lands straight on their own ticket (ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo, ServiceNow).

  • Share your chat agents with a read-only public link — show a client exactly what their assistant does before rolling it out, no Neo login. A green "Shared" badge marks any agent with a live link.

  • Even more behind-the-scenes tools are now free — loading a skill, looking up a field's options, formatting output, and the agent's own scratch space never draw from your credits, so only tools that do real work bill.

Intents

  • Intents now run on your ticket-triggered agents, not just your chat bot — an emailed "new starter Monday" gets the same "collect what's missing, then proceed" treatment, and one intent can drive both intake paths.

  • Teach your end-user bot the common requests your clients raise (new starter, hardware, mailbox change) and the exact details to collect — author once on the new Intents page and assign to the agents and companies it applies to.

Insights

  • Scope Insights to a single end-client company or specific months instead of only your whole desk over a rolling window — handy for a QBR or per-client ROI story. Every report is saved and switchable from the page header.

Analytics & Billing

  • New Chat Agents cost view breaks down conversational-agent usage like workflows and dispatch — internal credits with per-agent, per-technician, and per-tool detail, plus your end-user bot's active users, tickets raised per company/person, and month-by-month trends. Tickets the bot raised link straight into your PSA.

  • The same chat-agent cost analytics are now available through the public API.

  • In-app credit warnings — a heads-up in the last few days before your monthly reset, and a clear banner with a top-up link if automations pause because you're out.

  • Smarter auto top-up for Starter plans — Neo adds your chosen top-up pack instead of jumping straight to Growth, and only upgrades once topping up would cost the same or more. New 1K top-up pack ($250/mo) alongside the 5K pack.

Memory

  • Memory is now generally available for all tenants — Neo remembers per-desk and per-company context across runs, with pinned/unpinned examples and a custom-instructions note in the Memory tab.

Workflows

  • Workflows you build on are protected from deletion — you can't delete an upstream workflow another is triggered by; Neo blocks it and names the dependents.

Public API & Platform

  • Full developer docs and self-serve API keys — manage agents, read execution history and analytics, and pull billing/usage from your own scripts. Create, rotate (24h overlap), or revoke keys under Roles & Access → API Keys.

  • Australian data residency — Neo now offers an in-region AU tenant, joining US, UK, and EU.

Dashboard

  • Clearer trial dates and setup cues — distinct Sign-up vs Trial Start/End dates, a standout Configure CTA on approval settings, and an "Add More Properties" button on triage.

  • The Approvals inbox now shows the requesting source user for extra context.

Bug fixes and improvements

Chat & Teams Bot

  • Fixed wide chat messages clipping on the right of the chat panel.

  • Fixed popovers and searchable dropdowns not working inside dialogs.

  • Fixed Teams approvals not being authorised for white-label end-user chat agents.

  • Fixed the end-user ticket transcript being rebuilt from an AI excerpt instead of the actual saved conversation.

Workflows & Agents

  • Fixed "Add Ticket Tag" not working on time-entry workflows.

  • Fixed NOTIFY not resolving the right Teams recipients.

  • Fixed agents dead-ending on one-way internal messages, and re-narrating instead of executing already-approved actions on resume.

  • Fixed unsubstituted {PLACEHOLDER} tokens being sent in outbound messages.

Dispatch

  • Fixed overnight technician shifts that wrap past midnight not being recognised.

ConnectWise

  • Fixed checkbox custom fields not saving as true/false, and now notifies all co-assignees on a ticket rather than just the owner.

Autotask

  • Config items (assets) now sync incrementally, and maintenance/outage responses are handled gracefully instead of failing a run.

Halo

  • Hidden ticket types now appear in the builder, and deleted/merged companies reconcile correctly during sync.

IT Glue

  • Restricted IT Glue docs no longer appear in end-user search (flagged for MSP eyes only).

Reliability

  • Broad hardening across PSA and Teams integrations — transient provider outages and timeouts retry cleanly instead of failing a run, and more edge cases surface as actionable inbox items rather than errors.
