Changelog — Week of May 25, 2026
New features and improvements
Integrations
Added Confluence Cloud as a documentation source. Connect in one click via OAuth (no Atlassian developer app to register), pick which site to sync if your account spans several, and Neo auto-syncs your spaces into search. Page hierarchy is preserved as a breadcrumb in results, labels become searchable tags, and pages are auto-matched to the right client.
Added a Confluence agent tool so agents can search, read, and — with the permissions you grant — create or update Confluence pages while resolving tickets, with per-area permissions, opt-in write/delete, and approval gates (whole-space deletion is always blocked).
Added a daily Microsoft 365 token refresher that keeps delegated access alive in the background, so M365 automations don't pause when a token would otherwise expire.
ConnectWise
Added on-prem PowerShell for ConnectWise Asio — agents can run Active Directory and Exchange PowerShell on Asio-managed devices via scheduled tasks, the same way they already do on NinjaOne, N-Sight, N-Central, and CW Automate.
Improved how agents decide between bundling and merging ConnectWise tickets, with a guardrail against claiming a merge or bundle happened when it didn't.
Autotask
Added configurable, human-paced delays on time entries — set your own minimum and maximum minutes so customer emails triggered off time entries arrive looking human-sent, tunable separately from the delay on client-facing notes.
Halo PSA
Added an optional time-taken field on Halo tickets so agents can record the time spent on a ticket.
Dispatch
Added a fairness limit so that when many tickets are dispatched at once, assignments spread across the team instead of piling onto whichever technician currently looks least busy.
Dashboard
Chat Agents managed by Neo (e.g. the Support Agent) now open in a clean read-only view — browse the setup and tools without errors, and use Copy to create your own editable version.
Workflow and Agent Templates now show who created each item and when it was last updated, so you can spot the freshest ones at a glance.
You can now grant individual team members access to Backfills and Scheduled Work via Dashboard Users — no longer admin-only — and anyone with access can create, reschedule, and cancel that work.
Bug fixes
Insights
Fixed an issue where renamed workflows appeared as multiple separate rows in analytics and inflated the "Hours Saved" total by counting the same saved time once per old name. They now show as a single row with hours counted once.
Autotask
Fixed an issue where custom ticket-note settings could fail to save or send. The note-type and publish dropdowns now render correctly, a partially-configured custom note falls back to a standard client-facing note instead of erroring out the whole send, and a bad setting shows a clear field-level error.
Dispatch
Fixed an issue where technician appointment times could be read against the wrong time zone, scheduling work outside an engineer's working hours. Times now use each technician's local clock.
Chat
Fixed the in-app support chat so switching between client organizations no longer leaves you stuck on a "session not found" error — it now recovers cleanly.
Search
Fixed an issue where searching tickets tied to a contact with very large notes could overload triage and leave tickets stuck in "Vetting in Progress." Contact notes are now included once per contact.
Fixed an issue where the agent could wrongly conclude no duplicate ticket exists from a search index that can lag behind the PSA. Results now carry a freshness warning so the agent double-checks recent tickets directly in the PSA.
