Add scheduling trigger 'end of month' for scheduled agents

We need scheduled agents to run on the last calendar day of each month. This would make monthly maintenance easier to configure reliably.

We're using recurring tickets in Autotask now with it set to day 1 and ticket created 1 day prior to get the end of month ticket created used to trigger Neo with matching ticket title. Neo doesn’t currently (10/30/26) support the ‘end of month’ trigger for scheduled agents.

If the native Neo schedule could add things like 'last day of the month' as a schedule trigger that would be useful so we don't need the workaround using Autotask recuring tickets to get Neo to trigger on the end of month schedule.
