Agent Usage Warnings

We need configurable per-agent usage anomaly alerts. Neo should compare each agent’s current credit use and execution rate against its own rolling 30-day baseline, alert when it rises by a configurable percentage such as 30%, and notify a chosen Microsoft Teams chat or channel early enough for us to stop an alert storm. Our agents have deliberately different normal volumes, so one shared daily credit limit is not suitable.

One agent we have used 2000 credits in one morning due to a product outage generating tickets, by the time we realised it was too late for our credits.
