Audit and Edit Datto RMM device counts in Autotask Services

The native integration between Datto RMM and Autotask does not fully support billing accuracy. To address this, NEO should review Datto RMM and count devices based on the assigned “Device Groups,” if possible.

NEO would then update the corresponding “Service” tied to the recurring service agreement so that the device counts in RMM match the quantities being billed on the invoice.

Additionally, NEO should validate that contracted device minimums are enforced. For example, if NEO counts 14 devices but the contract specifies a minimum of 15 devices, NEO should maintain the billed quantity at 15 devices on the agreement.
