Audit log for changes made to system required

There seems to be no way to look at what changes have been made to agents in the entire system over a particular period of time. Although you can look at the changelog for a particular agent, there is no centralised log of all changes.

The log should also have the ability to export/view by date and/or by technician (or chat).

This provides centralized management of changes made for auditing and control purposes.
