Automatic backup/export of custom instructions

Neo has versioning currently but not exporting of custom instructions. To protect against workflow deletion and having to rebuild lots of custom instructions we’d like to request that those can be exported (ideally zipped as txt and emailed on a schedule as a workflow or something).
