As an alternative to setting up 365 for “Identity and Workspace”, maybe look into integrating with CyberDrain CIPP to utilize its built in capabilities.
Good news: CIPP is now a native integration. Connect your CIPP instance on the Integrations page, and Neo can work in your clients' Microsoft 365 tenants through it.

We’d also love to have a CIPP integration. They have a really solid API that makes a lot of M365 tasks much easier, like the vacation scheduler for example.
