Cloudflare Integration

We’d love a native Cloudflare integration.

A lot of MSPs rely on Cloudflare not just for DNS, but also for Zero Trust, edge compute, and storage. Everything is API-driven, which makes it a strong fit for Neo Agent.

The biggest value here would be controlled, context-aware automation around DNS and security changes. Cloudflare is often the system where a small mistake can have a big impact, so guardrails matter a lot.

We’d want Neo to be able to:

  • Read and query DNS records for domains to support ticket-driven workflows and troubleshooting

  • Understand Cloudflare proxied records correctly, so it can see origin and intent, not just masked results from standard lookups

  • Validate proposed DNS changes against existing records to detect conflicts or risks before anything is applied

  • Sit in a ticket workflow where, for example, a user requests a Mailchimp setup and Neo prepares the required DNS changes, checks for conflicts, then pauses for approval

  • Require human-in-the-loop approval for any DNS changes before execution, with full logging back into the ticket

We’d also strongly prefer hard guardrails such as:

  • Never allowing Neo to directly modify MX records under any circumstance

  • Configurable policy controls for what record types or zones Neo is allowed to touch

More broadly, Cloudflare would give Neo a powerful way to extend into real infrastructure beyond just DNS, while still keeping strict control over high-impact actions.
