We need Neo to retrieve ConnectWise invoice PDFs and attach them to the related AR service tickets. It can identify the overdue invoices and maintain the tickets today, but it cannot upload the invoice files, leaving our team to attach them manually. This is important so each AR ticket includes its supporting billing documents.
