Credit Limits by workflow and/or user

I would like to give more users access to Neo to create some agent’s / workflows but I don’t to do that at the expense of running out of credits because the new user was not careful with how they structure their agent/workflow. If I could limit a certain user to using a certain number of credits per month for workflows that they create that would be perfect!
