Custom SMS sender ID for the Send SMS tool

We use the Send SMS tool in our agents (Autotask) to deliver time-sensitive messages to end users, such as a one-time Temporary Access Pass after a verified password reset request. Messages currently arrive with the sender “NeoAgent”. End users do not recognise that name, which causes confusion and can make a security-related message look like phishing.

Request: make the SMS sender configurable per tenant/workspace, preferably as an alphanumeric sender ID (max 11 characters, for example the MSP’s own brand name). As an MSP group running several brands, being able to set it per workspace or per agent would be ideal.

Questions: which sender names are supported for Dutch mobile numbers (+31), and is any registration step required on our side?
