Customer Approvals, or Customer in the Loop
Similar to technitian in the loop, ability to have customers approve items via teams or other channels if possible.
This would be usefull for things like useronboard, offboard, password resets, or verifying that a customer is who they say they are if calling into a tech.

Ryan - Would this be part of this same feature request?
We need end users to be able to confirm or deny a security alert by replying to a text message, with their response recorded as an approval. This would let us verify suspicious travel or sign-ins through an out-of-band channel when email may be compromised.
