Direct TILs to Teams Channels

Feature Request

It would be nice to have the ability to direct TILs into specific Teams Channels.

This could assist our technicians with reviewing / actioning TILs in a more organized fashion than the current “All in one App Chat”

    Approval requests can now go to a Teams channel or a group chat. Pick the channel in the approval tool settings.
