Dispatcher - tech workload varialbles

Currently Neo measures workload only from 3 options

number of tickets assigned (these are open tickets, meaning any ticket the tech has not completed counts towards this, this creates a problem in which more efficient tech who has less open tickets is favored), ticket estimated hours, and ticket remaining hours

We need variables like tickets assigned (not open tickets) today, as well as tech’s current work hours for the day as variables to be used for Neo to determine, how much work the tech has already done as workload.

Please consider adding more variables to define tech workload in the workflow so it can be more versatile and customizable.
