Extend Teams Shifts look-ahead beyond 24 hours

We use Teams Shifts as the source for technician availability and do not use individual calendars for shift planning.

From a previous case with Neo support, I understood that Neo currently only looks at Teams Shifts for the next 24 hours when assigning tickets without using calendar availability. This can cause tickets to remain unassigned when the next shift falls outside that window, for example during weekends or holidays.

I would like to request the option to look further ahead in Teams Shifts. Normally we do not have more than 2 days without shifts, but around holidays this can sometimes be 3 or maximum 4 days.

Ideally, the Teams Shifts look-ahead would be configurable up to 4 days. Alternatively, if the existing “How far ahead should Neo look?” functionality could be extended to also support Teams Shifts instead of only calendars, that would solve our use case as well.
