Filter Options for Dashboard Widgets

It would be a great enhancement if created Dashboards and their Widgets could build selectable/toggleable filter options to filter the results based on collected context driving the Dashboard/Widget.

Eg:We’d like multi-select wave filters on our Skills Index dashboard. Selecting or toggling waves should show only matching skills in the respective table, with a clear-all option, so our team can review several QA waves together without separate tables for each separate wave.
