Filtering options for public sharing

We’d like viewers of publicly shared dashboards to filter by client and replacement recommendation, just as our signed-in users can. Currently, public links show all clients’ data without filter controls, making it harder to use one hardware lifecycle dashboard during client reviews.

Client-specific sharing should also let us securely limit which client’s data a viewer can access—not just hide other clients with a filter.
