GitBook Integration

We’d love a native GitBook integration.

We use GitBook for all of our internal SOPs and process documentation, and it’s a key part of how our team standardizes work across clients.

Neo should be able to read and reference GitBook docs when running or suggesting workflows, using our SOPs as guidance so actions match how we actually do things. It would be helpful if it could surface the right process during onboarding, offboarding, and other common MSP tasks.

It would also be valuable if Neo could suggest updates when real-world steps change or drift from documentation, and help flag gaps or inconsistencies in SOPs over time.

This would make Neo much more aligned with how our team operates day to day, and help keep both automation and documentation in sync without extra manual effort.
