Level RMM Integration
We’d love a native integration with Level RMM.
Level is a newer MSP-focused RMM that’s picking up a lot of momentum. Compared to Ninja, N-able, and Datto RMM, it’s a lot simpler and their API is very clean, so this should be a pretty straightforward integration.
Neo could pull in device inventory, health status, installed software, and compliance info to use in tickets and automation workflows. It would also be useful for onboarding and offboarding checks, and for troubleshooting when you need quick endpoint context.
It could go further and support running scripts or actions on endpoints when needed (liek disk cleanup/debloat), and tying device state back into other systems like M365 or DNS for better decision-making.
