Liongard Integration (Documentation-Aware MSP Automation)

We’d like to see a native integration with Liongard.

Liongard is widely used in MSP environments for automated discovery and documentation across M365, AD, DNS, network, and cloud systems. It also functions as a data aggregator, normalizing information from these systems into structured JSON “dataprints,” which makes it especially valuable as an AI-readable source of truth.

Why this matters for Neo Agent:

  • AI-ready environment context
Neo could consume Liongard dataprints as structured, normalized JSON to understand client environments without querying each system individually.

  • More accurate automation decisions
Use aggregated configuration data to understand client-specific baselines and reduce assumptions.

  • Pre-action validation for infrastructure changes
Check DNS records, email security settings (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and cloud configurations before remediation or updates.

  • Improved troubleshooting accuracy
Compare current vs expected configuration state directly from Liongard data.

Overall idea:

Liongard would act as a centralized, AI-friendly environment data layer. Its JSON dataprints give Neo a consistent way to understand real-world client configurations, making automation more reliable and context-aware across MSP tenants.
