Microsoft Integration Expansion - Teams Phone call reporting

Please extend Neo’s Microsoft integration to support read-only access to Teams Phone PSTN and Direct Routing call logs through Microsoft Graph.

Business requirement

We need weekly per-user reporting for business-development KPIs, including inbound/outbound call counts and call duration, with date-range filtering. The aim is to replace repeated manual exports from the Teams admin centre.

API location and required read endpoints

These APIs sit within Microsoft Graph v1.0 → Communications → Call Records:

• Calling Plan / Operator Connect PSTN call logs:
  GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/communications/callRecords/getPstnCalls(fromDateTime={start},toDateTime={end})
