More specific highlighting of changes on training updates

Currently when providing training feedback it will show the section to be modified, with the entire current instruction to be removed with the new instruction to be added. Frequently the actual change is only a sentence or two which can be lost in larger instruction blocks.

Ideally this should only highlight the text or sentence to be removed in red, and only the new instructions in green to cleanly verify all changes to be made before approving.
