multi-domain routing and connectivity checks

We manage one client with two Active Directory domains and separate domain controllers under the same company. Neo currently cannot route an offboarding to the correct domain or verify access to both environments, which can leave the on-prem account active. We need safe multi-domain routing and connectivity checks before work is marked complete.
