Neo awareness of another workflow currently running on a ticket

To catch dispatch-skipped tickets (due to time constraints, no available technician, etc.) a scheduled workflow that runs every 10 minutes has proven to be a great solution, however sometimes it start running while another workflow is running (like ticket merge). In some cases the result is ticket gets dispatched after it was already merged. Neo agent getting date about any other workflows currently running on the ticket would help greatly in preventing such instances, and allow more customisation in such instances.
