We are using NeoAgent Phone Anent to capture some tickets in English today.It is likely we are going to extend tis to use the French &amp; German agents (and potentially Dutch).Our Helpdesk will remain predominia=natly English speaking, so it would be great to have a ticket captured in one language, but NeoAgent populate the ticket with the original language request AND English translation.
