Numbered Lines within Custom Instructions

Today, it can be difficult to reference a specific custom instruction within an agent, for example. It would be nice if there were line numbers so that we can communicate changes or instructions more easily with our teams.

    The custom instructions editor now shows line numbers, so your team can point to an exact line.
