On-demand refresh control for synced integration metadata

We are building workflows in Neo around newly created queues/boards in Autotask and need to have Neo see these queues as soon as they are created. Currently Neo reports it syncs overnight and we cannot manually refresh the sync between Autotask and Neo to pull in this newly created queue/board. We’d like to be able to sync the integrations on demand or allow Neo to do a fresh non-cached metadata pull from the source when needed and when the metadata is stale.
