SaaS Alerts - Read Existing User Approved Location List

Expand the integration so that an agent can read a user’s existing approved locations list. This allows the agent to make changes to the list without the fear of overwriting current locations. This will allow for automated updates, otherwise no way to update without risking overwrite.
