Send approval requests to the Approvals tab only (no Teams message)

Today when an agent needs a technician to approve an action, the approval always shows up in two places at once: the Approvals tab in the web app and a message sent to technicians in Microsoft Teams.

Some teams want a quieter, more central setup. They would like the option to send the approval request to the Approvals tab only, without also messaging each technician in Teams. This keeps every pending approval in one place in the web app, where anyone on the team can review and action it, and avoids extra Teams messages.

Please add a delivery option on the approval step so you can choose where approvals go, including an Approvals tab only choice.
