Share agents and workflows with a private link

Right now, when you share an agent or workflow, the only option is a public link that anyone can open.

We would like a private link option too, so you can share an agent or workflow only with people inside your own account. That makes it easy to pass a build to a teammate to look over and comment on before it goes live, without making it public to everyone.
