SharePoint access approvals

For some of our customers we get copied in on Sharepoint Online access request emails which we need to manage.

These are the automated emails coming from no-reply@sharepointonline.com to site owners when someone visits a link they don’t have access to and requests access. Owners then get an accept or decline button to allow or decline the request.

Whilst Neo can grant SharePoint permissions, the agent says that it cannot interact with the the approval request, meaning there will be a lot of orphaned access requests in the site’s permissions management page if permissions are granted outside of this approval process.

Sometimes multiple people get a copy of the email as there are multiple site owners, being able to track and manage the request will help streamline a workflow where we use Neo to contact a user - making sure that an outdated access request ticket is not being chased when a decision has already been made by someone else outside of Neo’s workflow.

Please can the ability for Neo to manage, review, accept or deny these SharePoint access requests be added?
