Traceless Integration
Traceless is widely used in MSP environments to securely send and receive sensitive data like passwords, credentials, and client files between technicians and end users. It also integrates with Halo and ConnectWise and automatically logs exchanges back into tickets, which makes it a strong fit for operational workflows.
Neo could use Traceless to streamline secure client interactions. For example, when a user needs to submit sensitive documents, Neo could generate a secure Traceless upload link tied to the relevant ticket and send it directly to the client. Any uploaded files would automatically attach to the PSA ticket without manual handling.
For onboarding workflows, Neo could also use Traceless to deliver temporary passwords or sensitive setup information. It could pull the correct contact from the ticket or account, generate a secure link, and send it to the end user or onboarding contact for safe retrieval.
This would make sensitive data exchange during onboarding and support both more secure and more automated while keeping everything properly tied into existing PSA systems.
