UI Improvement inside teams - see open tickets in some kind of separating view.

Feature Request

It would be great to see my open tickets or closed tickets via the teams bot. Right now it’s one long conversation and so there’s no real ability to open/view interactions from 1 specific ticket or to go find an old ticket that was resolved.

    The Teams app for your end users now has a Tickets tab. Users see their open tickets and the ones closed in the last 30 days, and they can open a chat about any of them.
