Option to keep chat-created records authored by Neo

We’d like an option per chat agent to save Autotask records under Neo rather than automatically attempting to attribute them to the technician chatting with it. The agent should still write notes in that technician’s first-person voice and assign tasks or record ownership to them where requested, without changing the recorded author.

Currently, the attribution attempt produces impersonation warnings even though saving under Neo is our intended outcome. Separating authorship from assignment would avoid misleading warnings and keep our audit trail clear.
